  6. Easy Notification End User License Agreement

  8. Use of Easy Notification (hereinafter  'software')  is  contingent  on

  13. The author grants you a  limited  non-exclusive  license  to  use  the
  14. software free of  charge  for  any  purpose,  commercial  or  private,
  15. without restriction.

  17. Disclaimer of warranty

  19. The software is provided as is without warranty of any  kind.  To  the
  20. maximum  extent  permitted  by  applicable  law,  the  author  further
  21. disclaims all warranties, including  without  limitation  any  implied
  22. warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular  purpose,  and
  23. noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance
  24. of the product  and  documentation  remains  with  recipient.  To  the
  25. maximum extent permitted by applicable law,  in  no  event  shall  the
  26. author be liable for any consequential,  incidental,  direct,indirect,
  27. special, punitive, or other  damages  whatsoever  (including,  without
  28. limitation,  damages  for   loss   of   business   profits,   business
  29. interruption, loss of business information, or other  pecuniary  loss)
  30. arising out of this agreement or the use of or inability  to  use  the
  31. product, even if the author has been advised  of  the  possibility  of
  32. such damages.

  34. Scope of grant

  36. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble  the  software.
  37. The author  shall  retain  title  and  all  ownership  rights  to  the
  38. software.

  42. This  software  is  protected  by  copyright  laws  and  international
  43. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual  property  laws  and
  44. treaties.

  46. Distribution

  48. The software may  be  freely  distributed  provided  that  it  is  not
  49. modified and the original archive remains intact with all accompanying
  50. files, and provided that no fee is charged (except for any  reasonable
  51. fees necessary to cover costs of distribution media).
